Head of Accounting
Luis Bagni is Brazilian and a certified accountant. In his professional career he has worked in the management of multinational and national companies of medium and large size.
He has rich experience in financial- (real x budgeted) and strategic planning, management, corporate and tax accounting, due diligence processes, mergers and acquisitions, as well as with startups projects, in the specification of business systems and the implementation of ERPs. He has a rigorous vision of processes, management and cost-control and is a multifunctional project manager.
In 2018 , with more than 20 years of experience, he joined the IL Group in the accounting division.
