Eloisa is the COO of the ILM Group. The executive has more than 25 years’ experience in accounting, tax and finance in large and medium-sized companies.
Throughout her career, Eloisa has led strategic planning projects, IPO processes, budgets and forecasts, company acquisitions, incorporations, tax planning and international accounting.
Eloisa also has extensive experience in budgets and forecasts, balance sheet consolidation, tax assessments, payment methods projects for fintechs, as well as structuring and planning finance and accounting areas.
